Everything runs in mamaPut Kitchen, the app you get once you are approved. Customers order in the mamaPut app and from your own page on mamaput.app.

Apply to sell on mamaPut
Seven short steps, about ten minutes. We check your details and reply within two working days. Approved kitchens set up in the app and open when they are ready.
What you will need
- Your council food business registrationFree, ten minutes on GOV.UK, and the law asks for it 28 days before you trade. Not done yet? You can still apply.
- A Level 2 food hygiene certificateAn online course of a few hours, around £15 to £25. We need to see it before your first order.
- Your kitchen address and how you tradeSole trader, partnership or limited company. The customer's contract is with you, so they must be able to see who you are.
- The 14 allergens, on every dishYou record them in the app and customers see them before they order. The FSA's allergen training is free and takes an hour.
- Public liability insuranceNot required by law, but it protects you. Home food business policies start around £5 a month.
- An Android phoneOrders arrive in the mamaPut Kitchen app. It is on Android today and the iPhone app follows; apply now either way and we tell you the day it is ready.
